Updating a previous report, Chuck Hayes will be available to make his Raptors debut on Wednesday. Raptors coach Dwane Casey suggested that Hayes' conditioning will be a work in progress, but he's excited to have his passing in the lineup and referred to Hayes as "an excellent quarterback with the basketball." Even if he carves out a handful of minutes off the bench, Hayes won't have fantasy value in average leagues.
