Updating a previous iterm, the Sixers announced that Jason Richardson will get a fourth opinion on his left knee before deciding on surgery. If three medical professionals suggest he gets surgery on an issue that's been bothering him for most of the season, chances are the fourth one will have a similar plan for treatment. Richardson should be cut across the board and Nick Young is worth a look in most leagues.
