Updating a previous item, Greivis Vasquez has signed a contract with Hapoel Jerusalem in Israel. Vasquez's interest in playing overseas has been no secret, and now he's finally put pen to paper in Israel. His contract will include an out clause to return to Memphis after the lockout.
