Allen is the NBA's all-time leader in 3-point makes with 2973, and over 19-years of professional play Allen has shot 40.0 percent from beyond the arc. Needless to say, if Mr. Allen chooses to retire, the NBA will be losing one of the best shooters to ever play the game.
