Trevor Booker (foot, knee) is expected to start in Thursday's game against the Pacers. Booker is battling plantar fasciitis in his left and soreness in his right knee. But when he's been active of late, he's been an asset. Over Booker's last 13 games, he's averaging 11.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 0.6 blocks and 0.6 steals. Kevin Seraphin will function as primary backup at both frontcourt spots Thursday.
