Memphis Grizzlies guard Tony Allen sustained a calf injury during the regular season finale against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday and has been designated as out indefinitely. At the minimum, Allen will most likely miss the entire first-round series against the San Antonio Spurs, starting on Saturday.
