Tim Duncan was diagnosed with a sprained right ankle and a sprained left knee after Saturday's game. He'll be re-evaluated Sunday and will likely have an MRI to confirm the diagnosis. Spurs doctors told Wizards coach Randy Wittman after the game that Duncan "is going to be fine," but his injury comes on the heels of a four-game absence and there's a good chance he'll miss some time. Gregg Popovich isn't going to play his star big man at anything less than 100 percent, so Duncan owners should be planning to sit him while hoping his MRI comes back clean. The good news is that the Spurs are off until Wednesday.
