Tim Duncan is the first player in NBA history with 500 playoff blocks.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is second with 476 and Hakeem Olajuwon is third at 472. During Duncan's 16-year NBA career, he has averaged 2.2 blocks a night in the regular season and 2.5 in 202 playoff games. It's a very high number for a player that isn't athletic or a leaper. Duncan's 2.1 blocks per game in just 30.1 minutes during this regular season was eye-opening.
