Tim Duncan and Tony Parker will not play on Tuesday night against the Blazers in order to rest. Gregg Popovich strikes again, and given that it's the last game in a five-game night, fantasy owners are just going to have to take this one on the chin. We're guessing that Gary Neal will start at point guard, with Matt Bonner getting the call at power forward. We're also guessing Duncan and Parker will be back for Thursday's All-Star break finale against the Nuggets.
