The Sixers will wait for Andrew Bynum (knees) to return before making any changes to the roster. Bynum recently upped his rehab and is finally making progress. Tom Moore of phillyBlurbs.com speculates Bynum could return in mid-to-late February, although we won't believe anything until we see him out on the court. Bynum will also need plenty of practice time and conditioning before he's ready to make any real impact. The Sixers, like the rest of, must continue to play the waiting game.
