The Sixers are not interested in acquiring Josh Smith, two sources told the Philadelphia Inquirer. ESPN's Chad Ford speculated that the 76ers had interest in Smith in a recent Insider chat, but that does not appear to be the case. Ford also listed Spencer Hawes and Evan Turner as potential trade bait, but that appears to be speculation as well. "I don't see where that makes sense for them," a source told the Inquirer. We don't expect Smith to wind up in Philly, and we'd suspect the Hawks would want a better deal than Turner and Hawes if they were to move their star.
