The Rockets are believed to be in the mix to sign Stephen Jackson. Things didn't end so well with S-Jax in San Antonio, so why not go to an in-state rival? Jackson is 35 years old and over the past two seasons has shot a laughable 37.3 percent from the field. The Rockets don't really need to add someone like Jackson, but he could see a deal at the league minimum.
