The Raptors are set to meet with free agent point guard Kyle Lowry on Tuesday in Philadelphia, Yahoo! Sports is reporting. The Rockets, and likely several other teams, will also be meeting with Lowry, who is one of the hottest guards on the market this free agent season. The Raptors may have the inside track since he played there last season, but because the Raps can offer the most money, a return to Toronto would not be the least bit surprising.
