The Raptors are "less likely than more likely" to trade Kyle Lowry by the deadline, according to NBA.com. This is not a big update and has been the story all along since the Knicks-Raptors trade went south back in December. The Raptors do not want to pay Lowry a big contract, so they would be inclined to make a deal if a team makes them an offer they can't refuse. Greivis Vasquez would likely have a big role on the off chance Lowry gets traded.
