The Pacers have rescinded their $4.2 million qualifying offer to restricted free agent Tyler Hansbrough, making him an unrestricted free agent. There's no word yet on exactly why the Pacers rescinded the offer, but we suspect it has something to do with the salary cap ramifications of David West's new three-year, $36 million deal. Regardless, Hansbrough can now sign with any team and the Pacers won't have a chance to match. At the very least, he's an intense hustler than can knock down a mid-range jump shot. Psycho T will draw interest.
