The Nuggets opted not to waive Chris Andersen, who is still embroiled in a criminal investigation involving child-exploitation. To be clear, Andersen hasn't been charged with anything and at no point was he arrested -- he claims he was extorted by the family of a young woman who claimed to be of legal age, with whom he had a "flirtatious" relationship. Regardless of his off-court issues, he's little more than bench-padding at this point in his Nuggets career.
