The New Orleans Pelicans have acquired Tyshawn Taylor. The worst-kept secret in the NBA became official on Tuesday as the Nets agreed to trade Taylor for cash and the draft rights to Edin Bavcic. This move was mostly a cost-cutting measure for the Nets as Bavcic will likely never play in the NBA, and fantasy owners need not worry about the transaction as Taylor has limited fantasy value in a reserve role for New Orleans.
