The Knicks and Lakers are expressing interest in Will Bynum, according to Vincent Ellis of the Detroit Free Press. Both clubs are in desperate need of youth and scoring in the backcourt and Bynum represents exactly that. The pending free agent averaged 9.8 points and 3.6 assists in less than 19 minutes per game this season. He's stated a desire to return to the Pistons but a hefty raise could convince him to leave Detroit. It should be noted that either team's interest in Bynum could change depending on how the draft plays out and any report before then should be taken with a large grain of salt. Bynum's also been linked to the Wizards as a backup to John Wall.
