The Jazz offered restricted free agent F Jeremy Evans a qualifying offer on Friday. Evans and second-year guard Alec Burks are both athletically gifted, and both will be guys to watch heading into this season. They'll still need a good amount of help before they matter in most fantasy leagues, though.
