The Grizzlies intend to offer Ray Allen their full mid-level exception, roughly $5 million, once free agency begins on Sunday morning. Allen will also be offered Miami's $3 milion mid-level exception, the Suns have tons of cap space and may be interested, and the Celtics still hope to re-sign him. The teams who miss out on Ray will probably set their sights on other free agent guards such as Randy Foye, Nick Young, Jamal Crawford, and the Grizzlies' own O.J. Mayo.
