The Cavs' two-year, $24 million offer only contains $6 million in guarantees in the first season, sources tell ESPN's Marc Stein. The deal basically breaks down into two one-year, $12 million contracts, with the second year being a team option. According to Stein, Bynum's first year would feature lots of incentives, but he also points out it's still Bynum's highest offer to this point. Bynum is also considering the Hawks and Mavs, who some Cavs officials reportedly believe are the favorites to land Bynum.
