The Cavaliers gave a $1.1 million qualifying offer to center Semih Erden, making him a restricted FA. Erden fell out of favor with the Cavs after being acquired from the Celtics, and he averaged just 11 minutes per game last year, but the big man has enough upside to warrant a $1.1 million flier.
