The Bobcats have withdrawn a qualifying offer to F Derrick Brown, making him an unrestricted free agent. With high-profile rookies Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Jeff Taylor on board, along with veteran Reggie Williams, there really wasn't room for Brown on the new-look Bobcats.
