Steve Blake is sick and his status for Friday's game against the Wizards is up in the air. Blake tweeted Wednesday afternoon that he was under the weather, explaining his absence from practice today. We're guessing that whatever illness sidelined him today will clear up by Friday. Blake's taken on a much larger role in the wake of Kobe Bryant's ankle injury, but Kobe's expected to return to the lineup Friday, meaning Blake would likely return to his minimal role regardless of his health.
