Oubre will enter the starting lineup Sunday with Terry Rozier sidelined by a sprained ankle injury he suffered Friday against Cleveland. Oubre had a massive impact off the bench last time out with 25 points (9-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, an assist and a steal in 27 minutes. He's taken 30 shots through the team's first two games and should be plenty busy in a larger role without Rozier available.
