Smart (toe) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Milwaukee, Adam Himmelsbach of the Boston Globe reports.

Smart did not make the trip to Milwaukee, and he'll miss his third straight game as he continues to work back from a toe injury. Isaiah Thomas is likely to make another start in Smart's place, and he's coming off of a 16-point, eight-assist performance Friday against the Wizards.
