Smart suffered from bruised ribs in Tuesday's Game 2 loss to the Hawks, but after taking a rest day Wednesday, it appears the second-year guard has noticed some improvement with his condition. If Smart ends up practicing Thursday as expected, he'll likely be cleared to play in Friday's Game 3. Smart will likely be looking for some measure of redemption after he was awful in Game 2, scoring only three points in 30 minutes on 1-for-11 shooting from the floor and 1-for-6 shooting from three-point range.
