Sixers GM Tony DiLeo said Andrew Bynum (knee) remains out indefinitely and he will be re-evaluated in mid-December. The Sixers were hoping to have some course of action on Bynum by the end of the month, but it would appear there are too many variables to make a prognosis. Bynum has made his way to the waiver wire in several formats and justifiably so.
