Sneed (ankle) signed a two-way contract with the Jazz on Wednesday, Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports reports.

Sneed made four appearances for the Greensboro Swarm in the G League this year and averaged 16.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 30.3 minutes per game. He had been sidelined with an ankle injury recently, so it's not yet clear when he'll be able to suit up for his new team.
