McDermott returned to the starting lineup after missing three straight games with a knee concern. Unfortunately, that is where the good news ends. After a nice start to the season, this is what we were afraid of. He has never been a standard league fantasy asset, and there was little reason to think that was going to change despite the strong opening. He should really be viewed as a points streamer, at best.
