Nesmith (back) delivered 11 points (4-6 FG, 3-5 3Pt), six rebounds and one assist over 17 minutes in Sunday's 141-103 win over the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
Boston dominated Cleveland for all four quarters, allowing head coach Brad Stevens to give extra run to all of the Celtics' deep reserves. Nesmith, who missed the previous two games due to back spasms, was able to use the additional playing time to establish a new season high in scoring. The Celtics are likely to get Jayson Tatum (COVID-19) back in the lineup for Monday's game in Chicago, so assuming that contest is reasonably competitive, Nesmith could have a tough time cracking Stevens' rotation.
