Okoro could be a beneficiary of an extended absence for Lauri Markkanen (ankle). In the latter's first game out, Okoro hoisted a season-high 13 shots. He is more impactful to Cleveland's rotation than to most fantasy managers, but the 20-year-old and former top-five pick still possesses sizable upside.
