Minott had yet to play more than four minutes in any game this season, but he received extended playing time Tuesday while Minnesota head coach Chris Finch emptied the bench late in the contest while Denver took a 35-point lead into the fourth quarter. In spite of his strong statistical showing Tuesday, the second-round rookie out of Memphis is still expected to remain out of Minnesota's rotation for the foreseeable future.
