Coach Dwane Casey dropped Scola from the starting lineup for the first time in the series in favor of Patrick Patterson, and then didn't turn to Scola off the bench even when the Raptors closed the first quarter trailing by 15 points. Instead, Casey stuck with a nine-man rotation that led a furious comeback in the fourth quarter, an arrangement he could choose to stick with in Game 6.
