Sampson (illness) played only four minutes in Saturday's 108-105 loss to the Warriors, finishing with no points (0-4 FG) and two rebounds.
EDGE Analysis
Prior to missing the Sixers' last two games with an illness, Sampson had been serving as one of the team's starting wings, but he was deployed off the bench in his return. While Sampson missed time, Nik Stauskas (back) came back from injury to take back the starting role, and it's likely that he'll continue to hold down the job for the foreseeable future. Don't expect Sampson to become an integral figure in coach Brett Brown's rotation.
