Aldridge (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Suns, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.

Aldridge missed Monday's practice session and will undergo an MRI on his left ankle, so he'll be unavailable for the first half of a back-to-back set. Nicolas Claxton, Blake Griffin and James Johnson are in line for additional run in the frontcourt Tuesday.
