Rudy Fernandez (Achilles) will play on Friday against the Raptors. Fernandez was previously listed as a game-time call but he's good to go after going through shootaround. He's averaging 8.3 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists this season but could see an uptick in the assists category with Ty Lawson (ankle) out and Andre Miller sliding into the starting five on Friday.
