Ridnour (personal) will not play Monday against the Heat, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports. Ridnour missed three games earlier in the month after his wife gave birth to the couple's child. He was active for both Friday and Saturday's games but did not see the court. It's unclear why he's away from the team again, but he'll remain out Monday and could miss the season finale as well.
