Haslem (illness) returned to practice Tuesday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Haslem was able to return to practice after a short stint away from the team while he dealt with cold-like symptoms. However, fellow big men Dewayne Dedmon (illness) and Markieff Morris (illness) remained away from the team Tuesday. The Heat open the regular season against the Bucks on Thursday and hope to have all three available, though Haslem is a longshot to play.
