Restricted free agent Trevor Booker will require more than his original qualifying offer of $3.4 million. Because of his playing time, Booker meets the "starter criteria" in the NBA's collective bargaining agreement. The Wizards are expected to try and bring Booker back for his rebounding prowess even with the increase in pay.
