Edgecombe seems to be moving in the right direction toward returning to action, but Friday's game comes too soon for him. The rookie out of Baylor will miss a third straight game, and that means Quentin Grimes should continue to start at shooting guard next to Tyrese Maxey in the backcourt. Edgecombe's next chance to play will come against the Hawks on Sunday.
