Ray Allen was treated for a bloody nose in the second quarter of Game 1 of The Finals. He's fine and has already returned to the game. Allen has been red hot before his nose issue, making all three of his shots from beyond the arc for 10 points. The Spurs will have to keep a better eye on him as he gets free off the ball.
