Ray Allen hit six 3-point shots and hit 8-of-12 shots from the field to finish with 28 points, three rebounds, four assists, and two steals in the Celtics' loss to the Heat on Tuesday. He has now averaged 24 points over his first two games, and the uptick in scoring is clearly tied to Paul Pierce's absence. We like Allen's conditioning and durability, but if you're concerned about his age and effectiveness now is the appropriate time to float some 'sell high' offers.
