Ray Allen (ankle) won't play on Thursday, but Doc Rivers said he could return vs. the Pacers on Friday. Allen and Mickael Pietrus (shoulder) have been ruled out and there are four more players who will be game-time decisions vs. the Magic -- Rajon Rondo (right wrist), Chris Wilcox (left calf), Keyon Dooling (right knee) and Jermaine O'Neal (knee). At this rate, Boston's training staff is going to be exhausted by mid-season.
