Ray Allen (ankle) has officially been ruled out for Game 2 vs. the Hawks, and his return date is uncertain. As we stated earlier, the veteran sharp-shooter should be considered 'out indefinitely' until further notice -- Doc Rivers said that while Ray felt "great" on Monday, he could "barely walk" on Tuesday. There is growing speculation that he won't be able to return this season.
