Rivers returned to the starting lineup Sunday but was unable to produce a 12-team worthy line. The 34 minutes is certainly encouraging but as we know from previous campaigns, Rivers is nothing more than a situational streaming option, and even that is a bit of a stretch. Fantasy managers are typically better served to take a flier on a player with at least a skerrick of upside.
