For the first time since returning in mid-January from a five-game absence due to foot soreness, Aldridge entered the starting five. He received the appointment to the top unit due to Nicolas Claxton (rest) and Day'Ron Sharpe (illness) being sidelined, but Aldridge will likely come off the bench Saturday at Golden State in the likely event that both of the younger centers are available.
