EDGE Analysis

The Wizards need Kuzma to be at his best once the regular season begins if they want to have any shot at improving following a dreadful 2023-24 campaign. Even though preseason stats should be taken with a grain of salt, this performance was certainly subpar. Kuzma averaged a career-best 22.2 points per game in 2023-24 and has scored at least 20 points per game in each of his last two campaigns in The Association.
