Davis (foot) plans to return Friday against the Pelicans, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Earlier Thursday, it was reported Davis would be a game-time call. That may still technically be the case, but it seems more likely than not now that he'll see the floor. He'll presumably be on a minutes limit, though Friday's game has significant play-in ramifications, so the Lakers will likely want him out there as much as possible.
