Pistons assistant general manager George David said Kyle Singler will still have a "significant role" with the Pistons this upcoming season. "I think he definitely will have a significant role," David said. "There's always a place for a guy who brings what Kyle Singler does. As far as his role with this specific team, that plays itself out as it does every year." The Pistons drafting a shooting guard in Kentavius Caldwell-Pope while adding Josh Smith and Chauncey Billups via free agency doesn't bode well for Singler. He won't be worth drafting in most leagues.
